It was my first time in Egypt and it was perfect.
The staff was so nice, kind and professional. I really enjoyed every minute staying in the hotel, because everyone that works there does it in the best way!
I liked everything, food, comfortable room, the sandy beach and the starry sky!
Be sure, despite of the weather all people that works in the Caribbean World Resort will make your vacation perfect!

Perfect beach hotel with great service, guest relation management (mahmoud & miso) solve every problem, very professional and helpful, as well as animation (Timo and Mido). High-quality spa with top services (especially Rodi, Shushu, Alladin), overall very clean facility, rooms are good, all-inclusive services great. Lots of leisure activities and of course great beach and sea

Very nice and courteous staff, almost all of whom speak German. The buffet always has a large selection, even as a vegetarian I didn't miss out. Different meals with a large salad bar every evening. The beach is always clean .I can recommend you to ask for a red flag that you can attach to the parasol. So the employees are no longer allowed to speak to you and you can finally relax completely. I can recommend the test dives, the quad tour in the mountains and the massage.

The hotel has a great protection concept because of the corona virus. Everything is organized. The people from the hotel are very courteous and read your every wish from your lips. You are always asked whether everything is okay. The head of guest relations, Mahmoud, speaks very good German. He keeps asking all guests if everything is going well. He is very friendly like everyone in the hotel.

We have been there two weeks and it was the best vacation ever ! The beach is sandy and clean...the stuff is very friendly, kind and professional, especially Mahmoud and Mizo from guest relation...they are everywhere all the time, for any question, all wishes...they are doing all the best to make all the guests satisfied...everything in the hotel was really great ! For sure we will coming back again and again !!!

Great hotel with amazing beach
We spent an amazing vacation in this beautiful hotel with our family, Everything was great food was varied, rooms were clean, staff was so friendly and amazing helpful, We need to thank especially Mr.khaled front office superviser for his kindness and helpful for us during our stay, And Moataz From guest realtion for his friendly and his professional way to handle guests comments and solve it on spot. We will recommend the hotel for our friends

Second time in this hotel and still amazing
I spent last 2 vacations in this hotel and have nothing but great opinion of their service. Hotel is very clean, has the best beach in this area, and very children friendly environment. I would also like to point out the level of professionalism they provide - Mr H***y (manager in Italian restaurant) is the best restaurant manager I have ever met.

Was good .clean. The fishable was free. The waiters were very courteous. The food was special. Everyone who had to do in the dining room was friendly and met every request.

A really large hotel, which is not noticeable due to the large area. Very nicely located with a wonderful sandy beach. A great beach bar and very tasty food. The pool area is also beautiful to look at and also to be enjoyed.
